We are currently working with our client in Calabasas, CA who is looking for a perm IT Support Administrator to hire.
IT Support Administrator.
Computer: Windows & MAC Configurations and administration, troubleshooting with strong Active Directory, AWS or Azure background with office 365.

Strong troubleshooting skills, user account creations, across multiple systems.
Mobile device support on Apple and Android.
Access control management.
Support mail clients including Outlook, MAC Mail, and Mobile mail.
Configure Network system setup and wiring.
Virus and Malware detection and removals.
Support Cisco phone systems.
Printer installation and support.
VPN setup and support.
Be able to escalate issues to second level support on time if you can’t fix the issue.
Contact vendors for support and replacement of defect products.
Document every issue in the ticketing system.

5+ years of experience working in a medium to large corporate environment.
Strong support of Active Directory on Prem and Azure Cloud.
Expert knowledge of Windows 10.
Knowledge of Apple MACOS.
Knowledge of automation and scripting.
Ability to lift and move office computers, Monitors, Printers, Servers and other hardware products around the office.
Able to follow directions and instructions carefully.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Ability to learn new technologies in a timely manner.
Knowledge of IT Security and compliance.
Knowledge of Networking fundamentals.
Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS and Routing protocols.
Multisite administration and support experience required.
Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure while meeting project deadlines.
BA/BS degree in related field from an accredited institution.
5+ years Active Directory Support.
Working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
